Stellenbeschreibung: Intro As an experienced leader at tozero, you will drive the transition from prototype to industrial-scale production, focusing on the operational implementation of scalable processes from semi-industrial to commercial plants. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring we effectively scale our technology from pilot to industrial levels, enabling us to meet market demands efficiently. Tasks What You’ll Do Lead Industrialization Efforts : Oversee the transition of our recycling technology (hydrometallurgy / chemical processes) from prototype to full-scale production, ensuring seamless implementation and operational efficiency. Team Leadership : Manage a diverse team of experts in automation, instrumentation and control engineering, process engineering, and prototyping, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve ambitious goals. Develop Scalable Processes : Design and implement scalable processes that maintain high-quality standards while maximizing production efficiency in our commercial plants. Collaborate Across Functions : Work closely with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to integrate new technologies and processes into existing workflows, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. Ensure Compliance and Safety : Uphold industry regulations and safety standards throughout the scaling process, promoting a culture of safety and operational excellence. Requirements What You Bring to the Table Proven Experience : 7+ years in industrialization or operations within the chemical or manufacturing industries, with a focus on hydrometallurgy preferred. Scaled Chemical Processes : Experience in scaling chemical processes from prototype to commercial scale and setting up plants before. Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of industrial processes, particularly in the context of recycling technologies / chemical processes. Leadership Skills : Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively, driving projects to completion while nurturing a collaborative team culture.
