Stellenbeschreibung: About us InHouse SAP HCM Consultant based in Munich. This position can be remote working, with office working once per month/quarter in Munich. Tasks Designing, planning, and implementing tailored solutions within the SAP HCM domain Maintaining and enhancing SAP Fiori applications Developing and modifying customer-specific programs and reports using SAP ABAP & ABAP OO Providing technical support for our compensation structure in SAP Advising departments on requirement identification, conception, and collaboration with architecture and development teams Ensuring quality assurance and technical acceptance of implemented requirements Managing external service providers Profile Extensive professional experience in customizing, adaptation, and programming within PA, PY, PT Bachelor's or equivalent degree in (business) informatics or relevant practical experience Proficiency in SAP ABAP & ABAP OO, with desirable knowledge of Webdynpro, OData, and Fiori Strong understanding of German payroll, including standard interfaces Advantageous to have knowledge of time management and structural authorizations Hands-on experience in project implementation Fluent in spoken and written German Independent, responsible, and goal-oriented work ethic, with a strong team and service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a continuous learning mindset We offer Flexible working hours to suit your schedule Remote working opportunities, monthly or quarterly travel to Munich Generous vacation allowance, including 30 days of annual leave plus two additional days for Christmas and New Year's Eve Customizable working time models, including flexidays and part-time options Extensive further training programs, including two days of individual educational time per year Health initiatives, such as sports activities, JobRad, Machtfit platform, ergonomic advice, and supplementary company health insurance Employee discounts through our corporate benefit program Contact Please email RyanE@energizerec.com with your CV for more details.
