Deine Position Provide comprehensive in-person end-user support for both tools and hardware Provide remote support employees in other countries and regions Be an essential part of change management in your region Never reassign tickets to others. You own your tickets and can ask other pros in the team for development! Contribute to the global IT strategy and make sure that it is well aligned with company needs Use your resilience to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities Liaise with local staff and stakeholders, to ensure the overriding core focus on IT (specifically with tooling) is extended globally Automate! Automate! Automate! To cross functionally align with key stakeholders in the broader Tech org, to ensure we can capitalize on where overlaps can exist Aligning wide-spread changes, as 1k5 expands, adapts and changes Be hands on with standard tooling configurations and implementation Listening, training and supporting our international user base (L1-L2 support) Dein Profil Minimum of 1-2 years of Technology service desk support experience Ability to demonstrate design thinking methodology Having worked or interned in fast growing start-up environments is a huge plus!
