Mauser Packaging Solutions is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated IT Data Analyst based in our Headquarter in Brühl. Tasks Evaluate needs and deliver solutions using collaboration toolsets including, but not limited to Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, SQL Management Studio and PowerBI Align collaboration initiatives with IT and corporate goals and strategies Prepare and create PowerBI reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends Analysis and interpretation of datasets to identify potentials and improvements Integration, transformation and cleansing of data to Datawarehouse Fixing incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate data, managing missing values, identifying and removing outliers Provide end user communications, documentation, training, FAQs, and user adoption activities to ensure successful project outcome Maintain awareness of the current and future directions of the industry and associated technologies, and, where appropriate, makes recommendations for implementation of new/upgraded systems, technologies, and best practices Requirements Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Engineering 3 years of BI and process analysis Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills paired with technical knowledge Communication skills in English (written & verbal) with different stakeholders Experience in demand management, project managemnet and agile working methods Development skills in SQL Management Studio, PowerBI, ETL processes Interest for state of the art technology and trends (AI) Experience in working hands-on, independent and collaborative in a multicultural environment Benefits Job Ticket Flexible Working Time & Remote Options Jobrad (Bicycle leasing) Attractive compensation in a crisis-proof company External Training Opportunities Free Parking Benefits for Private Shopping (Incent Corporate Services) Daily Breakfast Service Company Physician Partially Funded Sport activities (MyWellness) Company Pension Scheme
