In this role, you will act as a vital link between our sales, marketing, and customer service teams, ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes, efficient client communication, and a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for an individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Tasks Sales Support & Coordination Prepare for sales appointments and assist sales representatives during the negotiation phase. Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. Coordinate administrative tasks, such as drafting contracts, processing orders, and preparing proposals. Responsible for the creation, coordination, and performance reporting of all sales campaign content. Customer Relationship Management Maintain and update customer files, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information. Monitor customer portfolios to identify opportunities for engagement and retention. Support the promotion of products and services during commercial campaigns, offering recommendations and tailored advice. Collaboration & Strategy Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment in strategies and execution. Contribute to the development of new offers and participate in team meetings to share insights and feedback. Requirements Experience: A minimum of one year in a sales assistant or related administrative role; experience in international trade or as a sales representative is a plus. Comfortable with internet-based tools, email platforms, and commercial software. Ability to analyse and synthesize data effectively to aid decision-making. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. Detail-oriented: Ensures accuracy in administrative tasks and data management. Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Autonomous: Demonstrates independence in handling tasks and decision-making.
