inclusive approaches. Tasks Serve as a trusted point of contact for
employees, addressing and resolving inquiries, concerns, and conflicts
in a fair and timely manner. Promote a positive workplace culture and
employee engagement. Maintain accurate employee records, including
contracts, personal information, and performance reviews. Manage HR
databases and systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Ensure the company’s HR policies, procedures, and practices comply
with German labour laws and regulations. Provide guidance and updates
on legal requirements and changes. Oversee and manage the payroll
process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, taxes,
and other deductions. Collaborate with the finance department to
resolve payroll discrepancies. Support the recruitment process by
collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and
facilitating the onboarding of new employees. Ensure a smooth and
welcoming transition for new hires. Foster team collaboration and
actively work on building a supportive and inclusive work culture that
drives company growth and success. Lead or participate in HR projects
and initiatives aimed at improving processes, employee satisfaction,
and organizational effectiveness. Requirements Degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of
work experience as an HR Manager, HR Coordinator, or similar role,
preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment. Strong
understanding of HR best practices and current regulations in Germany.
In-depth knowledge of German employment regulations. Proven experience
in payroll management and HR administration. Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills, with the ability to build strong
relationships at all levels. Strong organizational and problem-solving
abilities. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work
independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (native or
advanced professional experience) and English. Benefits Unique
