European and UK markets. We seek a dynamic, high-performance sales
professional to join our team. If you thrive on closing deals,
building relationships, and driving business growth, this opportunity
is perfect for you. Tasks Customer Portfolio Management: Expand and
maintain a diverse customer portfolio, focusing on both retention and
acquisition. Data-Driven Strategies : Analyze customer data to develop
targeted sales strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and boost
sales. After-Sales Excellence: Manage the after-sales process,
ensuring timely resolution of claims and maintaining strong customer
relationships. Negotiation and Closing: Confidently negotiate prices
and close deals, maximizing sales and profit margins. Payment
Oversight: Ensure timely payment collections from customers, managing
any issues promptly. Supplier Relations: Identify and secure new
suppliers to guarantee a steady supply of high-quality produce.
Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve customer issues to ensure
ongoing satisfaction. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales
performance metrics, continuously seeking improvements. Sales Activity
Optimization: Evaluate and optimize sales activities to enhance
efficiency and results. Requirements Sales Expertise: Proven training
and experience in sales methodologies, preferably within the fruit and
vegetable sector and/or international trade. Portfolio Management:
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a customer portfolio
effectively. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to drive
strategic decision-making. Negotiation Prowess: Exceptional
negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Claims and After-Sales: Experience in managing claims and after-sales
processes. Payment Management: Proven ability to ensure timely and
complete payment collections. Supplier Acquisition: Experience in
acquiring and managing supplier relationships. Problem-Solving:
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to act
independently. Performance Metrics: Familiarity with sales performance
metrics and how to leverage them for success. Drive and Determination:
A goal-oriented mindset with a history of achieving targets. Charisma
and Influence: Charismatic and charming, able to build strong
relationships with clients. Proactive Nature: Quick to respond to
leads and close sales efficiently. Self-Reliance: Confident and
capable of acting independently without constant supervision. Passion
for Sales: A genuine passion for sales and driving business growth.
Language Skills: Fluent in English. Proficiency in one of the
following languages is an advantage: French, Dutch, or German.
