Collaborate with engineering to define critical-to-quality parameters for new product development and design for manufacturing activities. Stay updated on the latest quality management methodologies and developments, implementing best practices where applicable. Actively participate in multi-functional discussions, bringing valuable data-driven insights to key business initiatives. Requirements Qualifications: Peer Leadership competence Proven experience in quality management within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably in the energy storage, lithium batteries or renewable energy sector. Expertise in implementing quality assurance processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Fluency in both English and German languages.
