Key Responsibilities: You will own and drive the go-to-market AI transformation strategy in line with the overall business strategy. As Head of Pre-Sales – AI, you will create the roadmap for applying our in-house built Conversational AI Solution "Syntea” to our Pre-Sales journey. You'll be responsible for defining the scope, envisioning the strategic direction, and calculating the business case for your AI initiatives. You'll play a critical role in generating business value and represent your department confidently in executive meetings. Facilitate and drive cross-domain initiatives and collaborations, aligning diverse business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver successful projects, and ensuring clear communication and synchronization across domains. As an experienced leader, you will closely monitor your OKRs and ensure that everything is on track while building, leading and motivating your team. Stay abreast of the latest advances in AI technologies for go-to-market solutions, customer experience best practices, and industry trends. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years working in AI with hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of the state-of-the-art in GenAI technology. A proven track record of generating business impact with AI technology for user facing products. Deep understanding of analytics, statistics and business intelligence. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Agile/Scrum certification or significant experience working in agile development teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. German is a plus.
