As Head of Organic Acquisition at Consultport, you will drive our organic acquisition growth through the constant development of our strategic content production, SEO (on-page and off-page), optimizations, and amplifying it across social platforms, blogs, podcasts, and webinars. Tasks You will be responsible for: Strategy: Develop our overall SEO and content marketing strategy (with a focus on on-page and off-page ) Implementation : Drive the implementation of our SEO and organic growth initiatives, to improve search rankings and increase organic visibility through on-page and off-page optimization. Optimization : Optimize all web-related aspects, such as improving website UX, growing conversions, planning content, optimizing and executing our SEO strategy, as well as optimizing our landing pages , acquisition-oriented pages, templates, content pieces, freebies, and all tools that we offer Analysis : Conduct keyword research , analyze competitor strategies, and identify opportunities for content optimization Experiment : Conduct AB tests for conversion improvements and experiment to scale acquisition Creative Management : Oversee copy and design creation, and ensure a high quality and alignment with our Consultport brand voice, style, and design standards while optimizing acquisition growth. Team Alignment & Mentorship: Manage and guide our designer, content creators, and copywriters to enhance content quality, performance & user growth Growth Performance: Track and analyze growth and performance metrics of content and web, and make data-driven recommendations to grow & optimize our user growth Requirements You would be a great fit if you have… 3+ years of organic growth marketing experience with expertise in SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, and email marketing Very strong sense for great content quality that attracts and converts users Experience in fast-paced environments and the B2B service industry Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven mindset A keen interest in the global consulting industry and future of work topics Excellent communication (English and German fluency is a must and French is nice to have) Benefits Why should you join?
