We are looking for a Head of Experimentation Platform (m/f/d) to lead this initiative from 0 to 1. Please note that this is an individual contributor role. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You lead the design and development of scalable, self-serve experimentation tooling to meet product development needs You develop experimentation and measurement frameworks to increase the velocity of investments and aid complex decision-making You promote best practices for experimentation across the organization You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, run, analyze, and gather insights from A/B tests using our experimentation platform You ensure the platform aligns with long-term business goals and fosters a culture of data-driven decision making YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You have experience with supporting A/B tests at scale to drive product development Tools You have expertise in SQL and statistical programming (Python) Engineering You are preferably experienced with software engineering best practices and languages (e.g., Scala, Javascript) Experimentation You ideally bring previous experience with experimentation platforms Problem Solving You bring strong statistical intuition as well as applied experience solving problems in consumer-facing products WHAT WE OFFER Work-life balance Enjoy 30 days of vacation and up to 50% remote work, including up to 30 days per year in European countries (EU, CH & UK) and flexible working hours Office Perks Stay active and healthy with our modern SIXT Gym, and various recreational activities, including a gaming area and the SIXT choir.
