Stellenbeschreibung: Your tasks KoRo is seeking an experienced Head of Commercial Strategy & Operations to lead and optimize our commercial operations. In this senior leadership role, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing a forward-thinking commercial strategy that drives sustainable growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, maximize profitability, and explore new opportunities for category expansion. Your expertise will be key to aligning business objectives with day-to-day commercial performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with KoRo's long-term growth objectives, focusing on both strategic positioning and operational scalability. Oversee commercial operations and cross-functional coordination , ensuring seamless integration between supply chain, product development, marketing, and logistics to deliver smooth product launches and effective market strategies. Lead, mentor, and manage the commercial team of 1-5 team members , fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on professional development and operational excellence. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape , translating insights into actionable strategies that drive operational improvements and market expansion. Collaborate with internal teams to refine pricing strategies and demand planning, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational feasibility. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities , emphasizing operational readiness and long-term scalability. Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in a senior commercial or operations role, preferably within the food or e-commerce sector. Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of managing and optimizing cross-functional teams. Excellent operational planning and process optimization skills, with a focus on strategic execution. Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking. Deep understanding of pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and supply chain management. Fluent in English. You live in Berlin or you are willing to move to Berlin.
