We’re looking for a Head Barista who can lead by example, ensure exceptional quality, and create memorable customer experiences. Aufgaben Lead, inspire, and train our barista team to deliver high-quality beverages and exceptional service. Masterfully craft a variety of beverages, including espresso-based drinks, matcha, and chai, ensuring consistency and excellence. Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere for customers, while promoting our brand’s mission and values. Manage inventory, oversee supply orders, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Collaborate on seasonal drink menus and product innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the table. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and health & safety procedures within the café. Act as the go-to expert on all things coffee, educating both customers and team members on our unique global product offerings. Qualifikation Experienced barista with 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills. A natural leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for coaching others. Passionate about specialty coffee, matcha, chai, and innovative beverages. Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality. Dedicated to creating an exceptional customer experience and community connection.
