Stellenbeschreibung: As a Hardware Developer (m/f/d), you bring new and improved products to life with the right electronics. Your impact - Design hardware circuits following requirements and key considerations, such as ease of production, cost and space optimization, reliability, and durability. - Qualify and monitor circuits and PCBs according to set criteria, such as electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). - Contribute to EMC concepts and document created circuits and concepts. - Make informed decisions on reusing or redeveloping electronic circuit components or PCBs. - Serve as a technical contact for hardware topics and work closely with our system architects, requirements engineers, and hardware development team. Who you are You have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, a quick understanding, a strong grasp of technical matters, and a passion for innovative technologies. To ensure your success in this role, we’re looking for: - A completed engineering or technical degree (at least Bachelor’s) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. - At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in electronics/hardware development. - Strong knowledge in electronics and electrical engineering and experience in leading cross-functional development teams. - Familiarity with implementing hardware solutions, as well as solid experience with tools like SAP, Polarion, Enterprise Architect, or Jira/Confluence. - Knowledge of control and heating technology and experience in system, series, or product development is an advantage. - Good German and English skills.
