Tasks Manage HR administration, including planning employee evaluations and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Prepare and oversee payroll with external providers. Organize onboarding and offboarding processes. Advise staff and management on labor laws and HR issues. Keep personnel records up to date and manage the time tracking system. Communicate with authorities, insurance, tax advisors, and legal teams. Ensure compliance, share knowledge, and improve HR processes. Handle recruiting from start to finish. Manage relationships with agencies and implement recruiting tools. Develop employee benefits and work on employer branding, maintaining profiles on sites like kununu and XING. Profile You have completed a business administration apprenticeship or degree and have 5+ years of HR experience. You handle labor, social security, and payroll tax matters confidently, even internationally. You’re a versatile HR professional who enjoys improving processes.You communicate well, focus on solutions, and connect effectively with both management and staff. You speak fluent German and good English. You are skilled in using Office programs (especially Excel) and HR systems.
