Are IT literate, including all Microsoft practices and ideally HRIS Workday and HR communication tools fluent in German language and good command of English Possess an independent and self-reliant style of working, as well as a structured way of working. The ability to work conscientiously in a team as well as independently. Preferably completed successfully a degree in economics, psychology or business education with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification.
