Qualifikation Big chance you will score a "3-pointer” if you: Feel responsible for ensuring regular, accurate communication (verbal & written) with relevant parties across the business to ensure a fully supportive HR function Have obtained some years of professional experience as an HR partner/personnel officer or in a comparable operational function. Are IT literate, including all Microsoft practices and ideally HRIS Workday and HR communication tools fluent in German language and good command of English Possess an independent and self-reliant style of working and a structured way of working. The ability to work conscientiously in a team as well as independently.
