partners, we provide advertising formats that offer genuine relevance
for our users and, as a result, lead to higher sales. Your Tasks:
Leadership Development & Coaching: Serve as a strategic partner to
management and team leaders (TLs), providing guidance on
people-related matters. Act as a coach and advisor to the leadership
team on issues such as team dynamics, leadership development, and
performance management. Business Partnering for Management & Team
Leaders: Collaborate closely with the heads of departments and team
leaders (HH/B) to provide tailored HR solutions. Influence and guide
key decision-makers by offering advanced HR insights and solutions
that drive business performance. Act as a liaison between management
and employees, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business
objectives. Change Management & Organizational Development: Lead
change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring,
cultural transformation, and process improvements. Collaborate with
department leads and the VP of People & Culture on key change
initiatives to drive organizational growth and adaptability. Support
leaders in communicating, planning, and executing organizational
changes while ensuring minimal disruption and high engagement.
Workshop Facilitation & Team Development: Develop and implement
measures for team development in alignment with the overall people
strategy. Ensure that workshops and team-building initiatives are
practical, scalable, and aligned with the business’s goals.
Recruitment: Oversee and manage our external recruitment partners to
ensure a seamless talent acquisition process. Ensure alignment between
recruitment strategies and business needs, enabling the attraction of
high-quality talent that supports company growth. Your Profile:
Qualifications and Skills: Proven expertise in recruitment, leadership
development, change management, and organizational development. You
have completed your studies in human resource smanagment, economics,
psychology or a similar field or have a comparable education releveant
to the field of HR. 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner
Role Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and
decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor on complex HR matters.
Experience with workshop facilitation, team development measures, and
leadership coaching. Strong project management skills and the ability
to work collaboratively across departments. Exceptional communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong
relationships at all levels of the organization. Key Competencies:

HR strategies. Change Champion: Skilled in leading and managing
organizational change with a positive and proactive approach.
Leadership Coach: Ability to guide and mentor management teams,
enabling them to lead more effectively. Relationship Builder: Strong
interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration between HR
and business units. Proactive Problem Solver: A hands-on,
solutions-oriented mindset to address complex challenges. Your
