Qualifikation Strengths You have a good chance of scoring a "3-pointer” if you: Are self-structured and able to work independently. Have several years of professional experience as a People Partner or Personalreferent, especiall in the German law Have experience with stakeholder groups. Have experience with HR software (no matter if it is Workday or any other tool). Are not shy about asking questions. Thrive in a dynamic and adaptable environment. Feel responsible for ensuring regular and accurate communication (verbal and written) with relevant parts of the business to ensure a fully supportive HR function. Are proficient in information technology, including Microsoft Office. Are proficient in English and goond in the German languange. Can work conscientiously both in a team and independently. Preferably have a degree in economics, psychology, or business education with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification. Have experience in sensitive human resources matters, including challenging personnel decisions. This position is for 18 months as a maternity replacement.
