For our location in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for a committed and enthusiastic colleague to start as soon as possible: HR Associate (f/m/d) - Full-time Tasks Your tasks: Collaboration and support in HR along the employee life cycle Data entry and maintenance in our HR systems Processing, maintenance, and control of electronic time recording Supporting the implementation of a new HR tool Creating and maintaining our personnel files in paper and digital form Collaboration in local and international HR projects Support for recruitment functions including sourcing and screening candidates and scheduling interviews. Requirements Your profile: Degree or certification as a personnel administrator or business management Experience in HR and recruitment Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English Independent way of working and an eye for detail High level of reliability and trustworthiness in dealing with personnel data Experience with MS Office / IT affinity Proactive and structured way of working Benefits We offer: A varied job in an international team.
