- Intro Cosmos is a service provider management platform revolutionizing
collaboration and performance optimization across industries. Our
platform offers real-time data and SLA tracking, AI-driven insights,
and communication tools for superior service delivery. Originally
developed at the Lufthansa Innovation Hub, Cosmos transforms service
provider management for airlines worldwide. This role offers a unique
opportunity to work closely with the founders, driving growth and
strategic initiatives. You'll play a key role in expanding our market
presence, maturing our product and have the opportunity to develop
into a future leadership position. Join us as we innovate and expand
on our solid roots with Lufthansa. Tasks Strategic Planning &
Execution Assist the founders in strategic decision-making processes
and business development (prospecting, sales, partnership development)
Coordinate and independently manage key topics to accelerate the
growth of Cosmos Content & Growth Produce high-quality content (e.g.
help desk articles, case studies...) and develop marketing campaigns
ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency. Manage product and
user communication. Continuously refine and improve content through
data-driven insights and team feedback. Sales & Partnerships Assist in
the preparation of sales pitches and marketing materials Engage with
potential clients and partners to foster business relationships
Requirements You already gained first experience in startup
environments (experience in Sales & Business Development or
Communications is a plus) You are fluent in English (German is a plus)
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills You are a
team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset You have
strong analytical and problem-solving skills For Internships:
