Stellenbeschreibung: Take off with us! We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Green Capex Buyer" (m/f/d). Your tasks: - Lead the definition, improvement and implementation of a sourcing strategy for a sub-category (e.g. Wind, Biomass Generation, Battery) across all Airbus group divisions in collaboration with a Multi-Functional-Team (MFT) for Energy and Decarbonisation - Guide the execution of the green energy transformation strategy across all Airbus group in support of all customers - Lead efforts in influencing corporate approaches to decarbonisation - Perform international and cross-divisional CFTs, within the scope of the category - Conduct negotiations, Supplier selection and contracting - Negotiate, establish, implement and regularly review transnational and trans-divisional Contracts in the frame of the respective category strategy - Manage contracts including regular reviews with Airbus group internal customer base and strategic suppliers, based on consistent and factual commercial, quality and delivery KPIs - Engage stakeholders from different functions divisions at Airbus to guide and prepare strategic and contract decisions Your profile: - Completed studies in the field of engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification - More than three years of professional experience in the field of purchasing and contract management - Fluent in English - German is an advantage - An English CV is required We offer you: - Permanent employment contract - Perspective to be taken over at our customer - Salaries above the general pay scale and incentive compensations (bonus) - Equal pay model - Company pension scheme with employer subsidy - Well-directed training and further education opportunities - Employee recommendation program with attractive compensations (bonus) - Individual and local support and advice - Travel allowance - Assumption of costs for work cloth and health examinations - fleixible working hours and partly home office - Innovative and leading companies like Airbus Operations, Airbus Aerostructures, Airbus Defence & Space, Premium Aerotec, Airbus Helicopters and the aerospace supply industry Interested?
