Objective: Ensure that the customers succeed with their technical implementation of itslearning by providing integration and technical services Tasks 路 Delivery of technical services to customers. 路 Reporting progress and time sheets to the project manager 路 Customer communication through integration project (status reports, etc) 路 Get customer acceptance from delivery 路 Participate in integration projects as needed 路 Contribute to pre-sales activities and tendering activities 路 Make sure documentation is updated based on engagement with local services and customer projects 路 When customer agreement is in place: responsible for bugfixing and maintenance Requirements 路 MSc/BSc (or other similar technical background) 路 Familiarity with School Information Systems 路 Knowledgeable with SQL databases 路 Knowledgeable with SAML and ldap protocols 路 Comfortable working with XML and XSLT 路 Comfortable working with web services (SOAP and REST) 路 Intermediate to advanced scripting/programming skills Personal skills: 路 A positive attitude 路 A structured approach 路 Attention to details and high-quality 路 Excellent communication and collaboration skills 路 Comfortable working with end customers 路 Speaking English and German is required 路 Please note: a valid work permit for Germany is also required Benefits Work in a dynamic Ed-Tech-company together with a great team.
