Intro For an International Distributor with expertise as a functional plant-based ingredients specialist and innovator for over 25 year we are lokking for the Sales Manager, Food & Beverage m/f/d for Germany we sell to beverage, dairy, confectionery and bakery, nutritional supplements, processed food, and food service industries. This reflects our commitment to sustainability and innovation, solidifying its role as a key player in shaping the future of the food industry. in this exciting position, you will be a key contributor in driving business line expansion for our Food and Beverage Ingredients (FBI) industry. home office based Tasks Responsible for growing sales through prospecting and developing new potential accounts, with a focus on business development and expansion Visit customers on a regular basis to build, maintain and manage relationships Build and maintain relationships with our suppliers based in Asia and Europe through joint visits and egular reporting, to support mutual growth of our joint businesses Support the business activities by managing the product portfolio Update and maintain projects and compile meeting reports in our CRM system (Salesforce.com) Requirements Degree in Food Technology or Science or similar related discipline, with relevant sales experience with a distributor or a manufacturer in the food ingredients industry Broad network in the food ingredients industry in Germany is an asset Highly motivated and target driven with high time-management skills Entrepreneurial spirit with a variety of sales, negotiation and persuasion skills Highly organized self-starter capable of managing your customer visits schedule and territory effectively Excellent and fluent writing and speaking skills in both English and German Benefits • Flexible time arrangement and partially work from home possibilities (up to 40%) • Company car in accordance with our Company Car Policy • Performance-related remuneration with attractive company pension provision Please attach an English CV/ Resume as part of your application.
