Your responsibilities Manage complaints, threatened claims, and live disputes across a wide range of insurance products Advise and provide specialist litigation and regulatory support for insurance legacy cases in a timely, efficient, and effective manner Consider potential lines of defense in conjunction with the litigation and complaints strategy Review and draft responses, developing appropriate legal and strategic arguments Collaborate with colleagues in the legal and business teams and external lawyers, and analyze litigation and complaints-related materials Develop and implement protocols to improve efficiency in complaints and litigation management Your profile Fully qualified lawyer in Germany with a strong understanding of German civil procedure rules and insurance contract law Fluent in German and English Ability to provide clear, practical advice and make sound judgments on risk mitigation strategies Proven ability to build effective relationships across teams and business areas Strong influencing skills and commercial acumen, with experience advising at the executive level Excellent communication skills and a motivated team player with a proactive mindset Your compensation Cash allowance to cover lunch expenses and private medical contributions Participation in a pension scheme Flexible working hours and home office options Convenient office location Have we sparked your interest?
