Your responsibilities Manage complaints, threatened claims, and active litigation across a range of insurance products Advise on and assist in handling litigation and complaints in a timely, efficient, and effective manner Develop and draft responses, considering appropriate legal and strategic arguments Collaborate with the legal and business teams and liaise with external law firms Prepare and present management reports on the status and development of litigation and complaints Coordinate with other business areas, such as Finance and Risk, to gather input for litigation and complaints Your profile Fully qualified lawyer in Germany Fluent in German and English Confidently experienced in managing litigation and/or complaints, ideally with an insurance background, and able to work with minimal supervision Knowledge of German civil procedure rules and insurance contract law Strong influencing skills with the ability to provide clear, practical advice to colleagues (including executive level) Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business divisions, legal colleagues, and other professionals A motivated team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Your perspectives Cash allowance to cover lunch expenses and private medical contributions Participation in a pension scheme Flexible working hours and home office options Convenient office location Have we sparked your interest?
