Stellenbeschreibung: Intro LoadUp GmbH is a young company in the logistics vertical. We built software for logistic companies to find the right skilled personnel for their operations and are expanding on our current offering. Your mission is to build new digital and scalable products and features in both custom code as well as Bubble.io. If you like bootstrapping this might be for you. Tasks You build frontend and backend applications using Bubble.io and custom code in JS and Python You will play a key role in technical planning, architecture design, and coordinating backend interfaces You will work in sprints for agile product development Cross-collaborate with Developers, Product Managers and Designers You will work with the team to create innovative solutions at the highest professional and technical levels, using Node.js and TypeScript for backend development You document your progress and work Requirements You have extensive experience with backend workflows and Python as well as JavaScript You are proficient in working with relational databases, GoogleCloud, Docker, CronJob, and basic DevOps You have experience with Bubble.io and can provide an extensive portfolio of your Bubble products You bring UI proficiency with Figma You are eager to learn, open-minded, and maintain a positive outlook on things You practice proactive communication and can keep an overview of various topics, even in stressful moments You are structured, independent, and reliable in completing your work You are fluent in English and ideally also in German You are based in Berlin and enjoy working in a hybrid setup with regular in-office presence or are willing to relocate to Berlin by start of the contract Ideally, you have experience in an early-stage startup and thrive in ambiguity Benefits Taking on responsibility in a young company A MacBook and other high-quality equipment Regular team events and offsites Our office is located in the heart of Berlin-Mitte, perfectly connected to S-Bahn and U-Bahn, with free drinks and snacks We pay for your BVG ticket to get you to the office Salary adjustment possible after a successful probation period Closing We look forward to hearing from you!
