Stellenbeschreibung: Intro At HAGIUS, we are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Front Of House individuals to collaborate with our team in managing day-to-day operations on either a part-time or full-time basis. HAGIUS is a luxurious gym located in Berlin Mitte, serving as a new haven for well-being and sports at the highest level. Launched in 2021, Hagius offers a range of services including group classes, private training, treatments, and holistic health offerings. Infused with inspiration from art and culture, Hagius is crafted to provide a multi-sensory experience, aligning with the body's biorhythm and seamlessly adapting to our clients' needs. We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals with a passion for hospitality. We value personal initiative, engagement, a proactive mindset, and original ideas, fostering a work environment that is respectful, considerate, and team-oriented. Tasks Ensure the correct setup of the studio and surrounding areas Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the studio and work areas Keep the venue adequately stocked with towels, water bottles, equipment, and toiletries Assist in greeting, checking in, and guiding guests Present and explain HAGIUS to guests Address guest requests and complaints promptly and appropriately Maintain furnishings and equipment for a safe, clean, and pleasant environment Close the venue according to established standards Attend communication meetings and designated training sessions Perform all reasonable tasks designated by the Supervisor or Manager Adhere to all company policies Requirements Proven work experience in a similar role Attentive and service-minded Excellent presentation skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Active listening and effective communication skills in German and English Team spirit Flexibility to work in shifts Closing Hagius represents a community dedicated to reshaping our understanding of health.
