Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer
to propel the growth of our Nuvonix by Rebound franchise division.
This role involves leveraging technical expertise and strategic sales
skills to foster relationships, drive revenue, and revolutionize the
electronic components industry. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing
Manager, you will engage with new and existing customers to secure
high-value, design-led projects for our expanding portfolio of
franchise distribution brands. Tasks Drive revenue growth in key
customer accounts to meet revenue and margin goals. Build and maintain
strategic partnerships with diverse customers. Collaborate with
customer engineering and component teams to specify, design, and drive
demand for a broad range of franchise products. Identify potential
leads, plan and organize sales calls and customer visits, build
relationships, compile quotations, and manage sales opportunities from
design to order fulfillment. Analyze market trends and business
challenges to recommend suitable product technologies and services.
Communicate technical and commercial information effectively to
customers. Conduct regular business reviews with Rebound Franchise and
customers to track activities and progress. Undertake any other
assignments as required. Requirements Prerequisites and Skills Needed:
A degree in Electronics or equivalent industry experience. Strong
understanding of electronic components technology. Excellent
interpersonal skills for both internal and external communication.
Proficiency in verbal and written English; additional Chinese language
skills are a plus. Strategic selling approach and strong business
acumen. An entrepreneurial mindset to identify and develop new sales
opportunities. Open-minded, flexible, energetic, and a continuous
learner. Successful Candidate Will Have: Strong problem-solving
skills. Expertise in product knowledge. Ability to sell according to
customer requirements. Understanding of product development concepts.
Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills. Analytical
