Stellenbeschreibung: Founding Fullstack Engineer Cherry Ventures is supporting our portfolio with this hire About Us We are a newly funded stealth company on a mission to revolutionize the audit space (financial, IT, and ESG). Traditional audits involve tedious manual checks on unstructured data, frustrating both auditees and auditors. Meanwhile, the demand for audits is skyrocketing. Our solution? Cutting-edge AI-automated software for auditors. As an AI-native company, we prioritize innovative AI research and outstanding UX to seamlessly guide our users through the AI automation journey. Your Role As a founding engineer (Full-stack with a focus on Frontend), you'll play a key role in bringing our visionary product to life. You'll take full ownership of the software development cycle, working closely with our technical founders. Your responsibilities will include: Co-developing our product and turning Figma mockups into beautiful, functional React components. Collaborating on defining requirements and creating both short- and long-term plans to achieve our product roadmap. Ensuring our software meets the needs of a diverse user base through iterative development and user feedback. We believe in high-trust relationships. As a founding engineer, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape the product from the ground up. Qualifications React TypeScript UI Components: Ability to turn Figma mockups into React components Bonus Client-side-heavy Apps: Experience with highly interactive web applications Full-Stack: Comfortable with Backend development E2E Testing: Proficient with test frameworks like Playwright/Cypress Extra Docker: Skill in writing and optimizing Dockerfiles SQL: Knowledge of SQL and related concepts (foreign keys, constraints, ACID guarantees, etc.) Auth Services: Familiarity with Firebase Next.js: Mainly used for Client-Side Rendering (CSR) Compensation & Ways of Working Salary of €70K - €110K EUR with significant equity We work primarily from a nice office in Berlin with some home office days We are an experienced, small, and agile team with a huge mission Nedless to say: For us it’s all about growth and learning from day one!
