We empower organizations to make better technology decisions faster and with less effort. For this mission we are looking for you! Tasks As a Founders Associate intern you will support our founding team with both operational and strategic issues. Your tasks will include: You work directly with our customers to understand their goals, needs and use cases You'll connect with leading software providers and expand our partner network Plan and monitor progress, follow up with partners and ensure timely execution of all tasks required so that our clients are successful You will work with Softwaregini's product team to improve and evolve our product You will manage your own projects in various areas Requirements You are resilient, creative and reliable. You don't give up and find new ways. Your qualifications include: A pursued degree in business administration, business informatics or similar. First professional experience in a startup or as an IT consultant, account executive, account manager or customer success manager in the IT industry A great deal of self-confidence, empathy and sensitivity in dealing with others Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a nothing-is-impossible attitude A high level of enthusiasm for enterprise software and SaaS A passion for new technologies and enthusiasm for working with our customers to solve IT decision-making problems Business fluent in German and English Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset Benefits A modern and attractive office in the center of Hamburg (Stadthöfe, 20355 Hamburg) or Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) Home-Office allowance of 50 EUR gross / month 30 days of vacation / pro rata temporis Day off on your birthday Days of learning & innovation (10% of your working hours) Quarterly Get-Together-Events We look forward to receiving your application and meeting you in person!
