Stellenbeschreibung: Ihre Aufgaben You will be the right hand of an experienced founding team shaping Baobab’s strategy by supporting team in: Work closely with our CEO and leadership team on strategic projects and be involved in key decision making Get unique training and insights into a dynamic Start up and its several departments including the Sales, Product and Operations team Contribute to key strategic projects end-to-end and be part of defining the overall company strategies for internationalisation, extension of their addressable market and strategic sales partnerships Collaborate with various interdisciplinary stakeholders and help them in preparing presentation materials Research due-diligence, competitors and markets Ihr Profil Prior relevant work experience in one of the following: fast-growth startup, business operations role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity Have strong slide writing and presentation skills and first experience in multi-stakeholder projects Think strategically and analytically Are reliable, accurate, and independent in your way of working Excellent communication skills and confidence to communicate with various stakeholders in German and English Warum wir?
