What can you expect? You lead the end-to-end fine collection process, ensuring efficient data collection, evaluating process changes, and enhancing financial efficiency You define workflows to ensure efficient and lawful retrieval of car owner data, adhering to EU regulations and data protection laws You understand and adapt processes to accommodate international payment patterns You define, analyze, and monitor KPIs, implementing continuous improvement initiatives You develop and continuously refine processes to streamline all operational collection activities You work closely with internal departments to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience What should you bring along? You obtained at least 4 years of proven experience in collections, (data) analytics, or a related field You possess strong critical thinking skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving You are proficient in BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Metabase You demonstrate the ability to implement process-specific KPIs You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills You have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable What do we offer?
