Tasks Overseeing and managing the financial activities of four German companies, ensuring strict compliance with both international and local financial regulations. Developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize costs, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable business growth. Preparing and reviewing accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the ESC (European Service Center) and the region, ensuring precision and alignment with organizational objectives. Leading the coordination and timely execution of audits, tax filings, and comprehensive financial analyses. Collaborating with senior management to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and drive cost-saving initiatives. Continuously monitoring key financial metrics and providing actionable recommendations for performance improvement. Maintaining and enforcing strong internal controls and risk management protocols to safeguard financial integrity.
