great things together. We're looking for an experienced Field
Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth and accelerate market
adoption through strategic field marketing initiatives. You'll work
closely with our Sales team to plan, develop, and execute high-impact
field marketing activities that move prospects through the funnel and
strengthen customer relationships. This role is crucial in building
meaningful connections with our target audience through in-person,
virtual, and hybrid events while maintaining a strong focus on revenue
generation. You're the ideal candidate if you're strategic,
data-driven, and creative, with a passion for creating engaging
experiences that drive measurable business results in the B2B tech
space. You should be curious about the latest trends in AI &
Engineering Intelligence and have a talent for translating complex
technical concepts into compelling event experiences and marketing
campaigns. Your Mission As Field Marketing Manager, your goal is to
build and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy that drives
pipeline growth, enhances customer engagement, and delivers measurable
business results. Your key responsibilities will include: Develop and
execute strategic field marketing plans that align with SPREAD's sales
objectives and drive pipeline growth; Design and manage high-impact
events including webinars, roundtables, customer dinners, networking
events, and in-person demos; Identify and secure speaking
opportunities at industry conferences, managing the entire speaker
submission process; Create and implement customer champion programs to
foster strong relationships and drive advocacy; Collaborate closely
with Sales to develop strategies for converting leads into
opportunities and customers into champions; Monitor industry trends
and competitor activities to inform field marketing initiatives;
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for event
logistics, booth management, and merchandise; Define and track key
performance metrics to measure the success of field marketing
activities; Build and nurture a strong brand community through events
and social engagement; Oversee merchandise and marketing materials
management for all field activities. Your Experience We know that

of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or related roles,
preferably in the technology or SaaS sector; Familiarity with B2B
SaaS, AI, automotive, or manufacturing industries is a plus; Proven
track record of planning and executing successful B2B events, both
virtual and in-person; Experience in developing and implementing
strategies that drive qualified leads and opportunities; Strong
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously; German (ideally) at native level and excellent English
language skills - verbal and written; Strong analytical skills with
experience in tracking and reporting on marketing metrics and ROI;
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with
customers and internal stakeholders; Passion for creating unique,
engaging experiences that resonate with technical audiences; Strong
collaborative skills and ability to work effectively with Sales,
