We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Eurofighter Manufacturing Engineering Engineer" (m/w/d). Reference number (0189SU2024ADS) Your tasks: - Concurrence with services and design engineering office through Collaborative Engineering, establishing industrial requirements and performing trade off analysis, towards an optimized Industrial Definition of the product to achieve OTOCOQ goals specially in new upgrades and new request for quotations - Ensure and perform the concurrence with the Program Management Office and the Maintenance Operations organisations to stablish the incoming inputs to industrialise - Develop and maintain product manufacturing structure (as design – as plan), identify the required materials, documentations, Industrial Means, Build Process and Lead Times definition - Perform process simulation and develop, compile and control standard times and routes - Ensure the implementation in Manching in terms of time, cost and quality by optimising the synergy with the maintenance industrialisation: Configuration control and Build Process (Lead Time and standard times - SOI) - Develop, implement and support concepts for innovative tooling design and define manufacturing and assembly process according to customer´s requirements and ergonomic standards - Manage and monitor contractual relationship to successfully ensure the delivery on Time, Cost and Quality, with the relevant supply chain organisation - Ensure the configuration between neutral industrialisation and work orders launched to the shopfloor (as plan - as built) in accordance with the build process - Ensure the update of SOIs and routes, continuous improvement to reduce cost and/or lead time - Coordinate the concurrence with Engineering related to technical support when required and report Approved Data incidences - As business strategy, collaborate and support Industrial Research in Eurofighter FAL or MRO Manching, deploying in the shop floor technological achievements Your profile: - Completed studies in the field of Engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification - Experience in aircraft maintenance and Manufacturing / Manufacturing Engineering is mandatory - Knowledge of aircraft systems is required - Very good knowledge of MS-Office - Knowledge of SAP would be a plus - Knowledge of MANCHING TOOLS (OPAL, PDM/IETD) is desirable - MTM-Qualification (Time Analysis) and/or REFA is required, at least at basic knowledge - Business fluent in German - Good knowledge of English We offer you: - Permanent employment contract - Perspective to be taken over at our customer - Salaries above the general pay scale and incentive compensations (bonus) - Equal pay model - Company pension scheme with employer subsidy - Well-directed training and further education opportunities - Employee recommendation program with attractive compensations (bonus) - Individual and local support and advice - Travel allowance - Assumption of costs for work cloth and health examinations - fleixible working hours and partly home office - Innovative and leading companies like Airbus Operations, Airbus Aerostructures, Airbus Defence & Space, Premium Aerotec, Airbus Helicopters and the aerospace supply industry Interessiert?
