Das dürfen Sie erwarten - Attractive salary and long-term job security through affiliation with the Group - Up to 30 days vacation per year - Contribution to company pension scheme after end of probationary period - Extensive social benefits, including Christmas and vacation bonuses - A permanent employment contract - Good chances of being taken on by our business partners - Targeted training opportunities and free language courses - A wide range of discounts for employees Ihre Aufgaben - Plan and coordinate testing of battery systems, ensuring alignment with battery development engineers and stakeholders - Develop test strategies and set up test environments, ensuring compliance with standards like CS-23, DO-160, and DO-311 - Document test processes thoroughly, contributing to certification efforts through detailed reports and analysis - Conduct theoretical analysis of test data to inform design improvements, process changes, and software adjustments - Create protocols for electrical, thermal, mechanical, and environmental performance testing, including stress and abuse scenarios - Ensure traceability of test documentation and outcomes to support qualification and certification requirements - Collaborate with production teams to optimize end-of-line test setups based on theoretical insights and findings - Engage with BMS systems and test bench software to perform data analysis, interpretation, and reporting Unsere Anforderungen - MSc, PhD, or equivalent degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field - Several years of experience working with battery systems, particularly Li-ion, with a focus on analysis, compliance, and documentation - Proficiency in using tools like Polarion, IBM DOORS, or Siemens Teamcenter to create and manage requirement specifications - Strong knowledge of testing best practices and hands-on experience with certification and homologation documentation - Experience with battery testing equipment, such as high-power supplies, data acquisition systems, BMS functions, CAN systems, and test bench software - Proven ability to improve and develop testing structures, processes, and documentation with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset - Excellent English skills; additional languages, such as German, are an advantage - Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects in a collaborative environment
