The European organization is headquartered in Hamburg and comprises of currently ca. 80 employees. Since 2016 our client is a valuable player to support the targets for the energy transition across Europe. Tasks Define and set up the overall ESG & Compliance structure Coordination of a yearly compliance report and the coordination of the required measures related to the ESG compliance Define, implement and refine over time the code of conduct for all employees based on the existing code of conduct from HQ, including an Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption policy Define, implement and refine over time the supplier code of conduct for suppliers based on the existing code of conduct from HQ Define, implement and refine over time an applicable hospitality guideline Define and implement a data protection policy which fulfills the legal obligation in each of the countries within the Europe scope Implement the legal obligation to install a whistle blower process. Define and implement a health and safety policy within the Chint Solar Europe organization.
