Stellenbeschreibung: Intro BSI Merch in Berlin is looking for a dedicated and motivated E-Commerce Manager to join our growing team. Based in London, Berlin and Tokyo, BSI Merch provides online retail and merchandise solutions for clients all over the world - the UK company has been in business for over 30 years! Tasks Liaise directly with clients together with the A&R Account management team Advise on processes and manage deadlines Support in setting up and designing Shopify stores together with our in-house developers Lead the product set-ups and store launches Maintain stores, products / carry out regular stock check Manage and perform analysis of stores, products and clients Seek out new trends within the e-commerce world and adapt to our stores Troubleshoot together with clients and internal departments Requirements Efficient, well-structured and organized A problem solver with strong communication skills and an eye for detail Good time management and the ability to complete tasks on a priority basis Hands-on approach Ability to deal with different departments and a range of clients Proficiency in Shopify plus, Microsoft Office and project management software Previous experience within the (music) merchandise industry is a plus, however passion for music in general would be great General marketing knowledge is a plus Fluent in German and English Benefits Chance to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of music Work with a broad range of musical artists and a great, fast-growing team Modern office in Berlin Kreuzberg Opportunity for career growth and skill development Closing BSI Merch is an equal opportunity employer.
