Stellenbeschreibung: Dein Aufgabengebiet Build, manage, mentor, and grow a team of statisticians, data managers, and programmers, while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Create, align, and execute the strategic direction for the Biometrics department in line with company objectives and regulatory standards. Provide statistical guidance in designing clinical development plans and protocols, and establish long-term solutions for data internalization, management, storage, and archiving. Supervise the planning and execution of statistical and data management activities for clinical trials, real-world evidence studies, non-clinical research, and other R&D initiatives. Actively contribute as a statistician on select projects, ensuring accurate, high-quality, and timely delivery of statistical analyses and data management outputs. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and lead the preparation and review of statistical sections for regulatory submissions. Effectively communicate complex statistical concepts and findings to non-statisticians across various departments. Drive continuous innovation and improvement within the team and the department.
