Stellenbeschreibung: Intro We're a mission-driven team rethinking how people treat their ongoing skin problems . You'll lead lifecycle of digital campaign creation from creative development to execution in order to support Paid Social, SEM, Display, Retargeting and Affiliate. You'll be working on engagement, retention & lifecycle marketing at System Akvile. You're in charge of experimentation using best-in-class marketing tools. You'll be a key builder of our user journeys . This is a hands-on role for somebody who thrives when their results are highly quantifiable and visible to the whole team. You'll be working from our office in Hamburg or in Vilnius. Tasks You'll work with our physical and digital products in Health and Wellness industry. You'll be making data driven decisions , digging into product, app & content analytics to size opportunities. You'll be facilitating A/B Testing , segmentation, and audience building, and coordinating the campaigns across all digital marketing channels. You'll learn how to translate business strategy into product vision, requirements, roadmaps and lifecycle recommendations. Together with our business analyst and performance marketing team you'll be overseeing weekly performance reporting metrics . You'll be taking over email and paid media campaigns, leading the execution and using our systems to improve engagement across all touch points. Requirements We love people with a growth mindset - Let us know if you have taught yourself a framework to get the job done. You have hands-on experience of running marketing, product or app campaigns . You have working knowledge of performance marketing and growth hacking. You know how to identify user personas and how to map a user journey on Miro (we'll ask this in the interview!). You've got a history of teaching yourself things without a lot of help. People ask you "where did you learn all of this?" all the time. You've built reports and shared experiment insights with other teams who can learn from your results. You work well with deadlines, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. You know how to do more with less: we are a lean team . We'll help you sort through strategic questions, but you can handle the details on your own.
