Stellenbeschreibung: Intro Smatched is a fast-growing startup that revolutionizes the way we pay for microtransactions by participating in quick surveys to subsidies cash payments. Smatched started in 2021 with its own App and has today more than 30k+ users. Tasks We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Design Intern & powerpoint grand master to join our team and assist with our website, slides & content design. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your design skills and creativity to enhance the user experience (UX) and visual appeal of our sales collateral - in the form of slides - and our website. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in the field of B2B SAAS design and the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects. Responsibilities: Creating truly inspiring design slides with Powerpoint that tell stories visually Develop visually appealing design elements, including color schemes, typography, iconography, and graphics that align with the Smatched brand identity. Be prepared to also reimagine the Smatched identity for a B2B audience User centered Design: Conduct research to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, and incorporate those findings into the design process. Responsive Design: Ensure the website design is responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes to provide a consistent and seamless user experience. User Testing: Assist in conducting user testing sessions to gather feedback on the website design and make iterative improvements based on user insights. Design Documentation: Create design documentation, style guides, and design assets to ensure consistent implementation of the design across various web pages. Stay Up-to-Date: Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design to contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the project. Time Management: Manage your time effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines, demonstrating a proactive and responsible approach to work. Requirements Qualifications: An expert with putting together & designing slides in powerpoint Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Web Development, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Basic understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD) or similar software. Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first design approach. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency across different design elements. Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of web design, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts is a plus. A portfolio or examples of previous design work (if available) is highly desirable but not required.
