Stellenbeschreibung: Intro We are looking for a new colleague to join our team at Genoray’s German subsidiary in Berlin! Our products are developed and distributed through our headquarters in South Korea, five international subsidiaries (Germany, USA, China, Turkey, and Japan), and a network of over 40 global partners. Tasks Sales & Business Development Represent the company at international and domestic exhibitions, ensuring strong brand positioning. Lead and strengthen relationships with new and existing distributors to drive revenue growth. Develop and oversee strategic promotional activities to enhance market penetration and brand awareness. Guide and mentor team members in planning and executing exhibitions, including budgeting and logistics. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to long-term sales strategies. Sales documents & Compliance Oversee the preparation of critical sales documents (Letters of Authorization, Declarations, Contracts), ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Review and approve sales-related documents before final submission. Analyze buyer requirements, aligning them with our product specifications for tenders and bids. Ensure product manuals and distributed materials are error-free and up-to-date. Generate and analyze sales performance data to optimize decision-making. Lead the sales team in efficient document management, collaborating with internal legal and compliance teams. Product shipment Supervise order packing and shipment preparation to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Ensure proper documentation for shipping, including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Warranty Certificates. Monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Coordinate transportation schedules and shipping methods, considering distributor requests and shipping company timelines. Provide shipping details to distributors and confirm successful delivery. Oversee the handling of necessary documents for customs clearance and manage emergency responses for any clearance issues. Requirements English proficiency required; German or Korean proficiency beneficial. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Minimum one year of work experience in a related field is preferred. Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead a team effectively while demonstrating proactive thinking, anticipating challenges, and guiding team members beyond given directives. Must be able to track distributor statuses and follow up regularly. Ability to schedule virtual calls and office visits as required. Work location: Office Valid work permit in Germany required.
