We're looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our analytics team at NEW WORK SE in Valencia or in Barcelona (Spain). We're seeking a highly analytical individual with a strong technical background who identifies with their results and knows how to communicate them with conviction. If you thrive on solving complex problems and are excited about leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, we want to hear from you! Your tasks: Join one of the analytics teams responsible for turning data into services and products for XING's jobs market, used by millions of users. Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Develop, implement, automate and analyze relevant KPIs and visualize them in reports and dashboards. Take responsibility for your own projects from conception to implementation. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven strategies. Our analytics tech stack : Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, Airflow, Adobe Analytics, AWS. Your skills: A Master's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a strong focus on analytics or data interpretation. Relevant professional experience in data analysis, data science or statistics. Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python, and experience handling large datasets. A strong ability to understand the needs and requirements of business and product teams, translating them into analyses and technical concepts to inform strategic decisions. Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning. Experience in the implementation of A/B tests. Experience with dbt, Airflow, AWS or similar technologies is a plus. Proficient English language skills.
