Customer Support Engineer and APQP (m/f/x) Location: 80331, München Customer Support Engineer and APQP (m/f/x) Workplace: 80331, München Apply online! What to expect: Strong presence at Customer Plants to maintain a good relationship with all Customer plant functions (Quality, Engineering, Logistics). PoC for all 1st level analysis in Customer Plants . Lead activities at Customer plants for containment operation (sorting actions, quarantine, breakpoint) Coordinate the return of suspect parts as required for analysis. Communicate root cause & corrective action plan (immediate & midterm) and track implementation & document to customer. Facilitate and support implementation of product changes and new parts to ensure flawless introduction in Customer Plant Review Packaging, Handling, and Installation of Halfshafts at Customer Site. Facilitate communication to customers Communicate the needs and expectations Collect Warranty disposition and detail information with customer Annual agreement with all Customer Plants on Technical Factor for Warranty. Regular meeting with China quality team Quality-functional lead within program implementation process. Quality representative for all Program implementation activities such as (MSD, MQ1/MQ2, FMEAs, Line Side Review, BOM Risk assessment, Prototype Builds, Run@Rate, PPAP, etc). Interface with & support Customer as defined by Customer APQP requirements, including populating Customer APQP gates in Customer Portal. Present program Quality status incl. risks/issues and Quality KPIs to Senior Management. What you bring along: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering or similar) At least 4 years experience as Automotive Engineer (ideally halfshafts) Technical experience (mechanical &/or electrical). Knowledge of Automotive problem-solving methods (E.g. 8D , 3L5Why, Ishikawa). Familiar with Automotive standards ( VDA 6.x , AIAG, IATF 16949, APQP ). Industrialization and Ramp up experience. Fluent in German and English (BOTH written and spoken) - must have Chinese is a plus. Strong standing in front of internal and external customers. Open/ ability to travel .
