Acquisition of new customers and partners Daily communication and
customer service for our national and international customers
Administrative CRM maintenance of customer data Process customer
requests by phone (inbound) and in writing (mail) Edit tickets in the
ticketing system and work closely with your team Develop new
strategies and build the pillar of growth in the company You are a
friendly intermediary between hotel partners and customers Communicate
across the business with Customer Service, Business Development,
Marketing, Sales and Product teams Requirements 1+ years of experience
in Sales, preferably in start-up, agency or hyper-growth environments
Experience in the hotel industry is a plus You are convinced that
"learning by doing" is the right approach to personal development and
are constantly looking for new challenges Excellent written and verbal
communication skills in German and English Empathy. You understand the
motivations and aims of your opponent and can adapt to him or her
perfectly. Self-confidence. You know who you are and what you can do
and approach people openly. Teamspirit: The work in the team motivates
