For the role of Customer Service Agent (aka Beauty Consultant) we are looking for a flexible and committed colleague who can take away all questions and concerns from our customers. Tasks · You process and answer customer questions via email and telephone. · You help us define Dutch customer needs. · You perform light administrative tasks such as coordinating and processing returns. · You support colleagues from other teams with your knowledge and customer service. · You work closely with the Dutch marketing manager and support them with your expertise.
