We support major companies such as SIX Group (Swiss Stock Exchange), SWICA, Generali, and others in enhancing customer interactions and automating processes using our Conversational AI technology. Working at Enterprise Bot means experiencing a refreshing mix of passion, purpose, challenges, and fun. Tasks As a Conversational Design Expert, you will: Evaluate client requirements. Create process flows from client briefing. Analyse and structure conversational data. Manage and translate content. Create AI knowledge bases for our bots without coding. Provide error and solution analyses ensuring that high accuracy is met. Communicate progress and challenges to key stakeholders within the company and with external partners. Work collaboratively with other data teams to identify and refine key data science problems and challenges. Do other random stuff that gets thrown at you in real start-up manners. Requirements Native language skills in German (ideally Swiss German) and high proficiency in English. Proficiency in French and/or Italian would be appreciated. Strong analytical abilities with excellent written and verbal communication. Attention to detail in terms of language and ensuring good data quality. Personable with internal and external stakeholders alike. Curiosity and ability to learn about and work with new topics. Ability to work independently and to efficiently manage your tasks and time.
