Tasks - Budget preparation and monitoring, including variance analysis at the cost center level and consultations with relevant departments (essential). - Assisting in creating quotations per Group guidelines, overseeing ongoing calculations, and preparing post-calculations (essential). - Contributing to quarterly and annual financial statements in line with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and supporting corporate planning (essential). - Developing and updating the company accounting sheet (BAB) (essential). - Conducting inventory valuations and adjusting provisions per Group guidelines (essential). - Planning and managing liquidity with active support for receivables management (essential). - Generating analyses, ad-hoc evaluations, and monthly reports. - Optimizing systems for regular reporting and implementing new solutions for specific companies. Profile - You have completed an apprenticeship as a business professional or controller, hold a degree in economics, or possess a comparable qualification, with a strong affinity for controlling. - You have experience in cost accounting and at least 2-3 years of controlling experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in mechanical engineering. - Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with familiarity in IT and numbers; knowledge of Diamond/ISAH is a plus. - You possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to grasp information quickly. - You are proactive, have strong communication skills, and can work effectively in a team. - Proficiency in German and good written and spoken English complete your profile.
