About Viktor: top 40 under 40 lawyer formerly Oxford and Freshfields legal tech founding experience Your role You`d be working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement our tech strategy . Key responsibilities: Hands-on leadership in designing and developing the AI/ML systems necessary for the product. Design, develop, deploy and maintain the software architecture with a focus on the particular needs of the legal market, such as trust, explainability, security and data protection. Hire, lead and manage a team of deep learning engineers and software developers across various functions. Your profile You are a talented, highly motivated and highly articulate tech leader with the experience of leading engineering teams for at least one software product that achieved good scale. Strong pluses: 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, designing and managing a software architecture as well as in full-stack development experience in designing and managing a software architecture experience in full-stack development Passionate about legal tech Previous startup experience Experience in building and leading large teams Strong product management skills What we offer A chance to join a funded early-stage startup as the CTO and lead our tech journey to revolutionize legal practice.
